The Lab
THE LAB
SomaLabs is a proprietary clinical performance laboratory. We operate on the physiological principle that the body keeps the score — that chronic stress is not a feeling but a physical state encoded into the human hardware, requiring technical recalibration to restore peak performance.
Our methodology is grounded in peer-reviewed neuroscience across polyvagal theory, somatic neuroscience, and psychophysiology. Protocol v1.0 is the result of translating this research into a systematic, repeatable clinical framework accessible outside the laboratory environment.
THE METHODOLOGY
SomaLabs specialises in bottom-up neuro-regulation: interventions that work through the body's physical structures — breath, movement, sound, and vagal stimulation — to influence the brain and restore autonomic flexibility.
THE MISSION
To recode the human hardware. To give high-performers a technical solution to a physiological problem.
THE SCIENCE
All protocols are grounded in five foundational bodies of peer-reviewed research:
- Polyvagal Theory (Porges, 2011)
- Somatic Experiencing (Levine, 1997)
- The Body Keeps the Score (van der Kolk, 2014)
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Ogden et al., 2006)
- The Polyvagal Theory in Therapy (Dana, 2018)
